If you have read my blog post How To Become A Team Build Machine already, and understand that it is important to use Lead Capture Pages to build your email list, you might want to know how to get these pages.
I do plan to provide some training on how to create your own pages soon, but I will also be providing all sorts of pages that you can import into your Leadsleap account. I have over 400 pages that I have created for a variety of sites and campaigns.
I plan to add some information about conversion rates for each page I provide as well. Also the traffic sites that have gained me the most subscribers with each page. For example, this lead capture page:

A lead capture page is a special kind of online advert. It has a headline to attract attention, just like a newspaper article headline. However instead of an article that provides the information on that topic, it has a form where the reader has to enter their contact details before they can read the information.
A lead capture page literally captures the attention of someone, then captures their contact details.
Here is an example lead capture page that I have used to build my own email list:
This specific lead capture page is designed to attract the attention of people who are interested in using free and easy earning methods. It is also aimed at beginners, or those who have not yet earned $100 online.
To use a lead capture page like this one you need to have an account that allows you to create or copy a page like this, and store the contact details that people enter into the form.
The account that I recommend you use for this is called Leadsleap. You can join and use this account for free.
The majority of people who work online struggle with team building at first. It took me years to figure out how to do it. Now I can build ANY team I choose to work on to reach 1000+ people.
The first thing you need to do is learn about building a list of contacts. If you do not do this FIRST then you will have no-one to share your opportunity with.
Many people think they can simply share an opportunity directly on a traffic site……which of course you can. However most people who do this will find they can get referrals signing up ok, but those referrals very rarely take any action or they do not stay.
It is the nature of traffic sites that causes this problem. People are focused on a different task completely when they are using a traffic site. They are viewing other peoples ads so they can earn ad credits and they are NOT looking for an opportunity to join. People join sites during this process when they are distracted by an ad that looks interesting. They will join a site during this process, perhaps with the intention of looking at it later…… AFTER they have finished earning ad credits.
Later often never comes.
When you send someone direct to your opportunity site, you are also relying on the fact that they will know how to use it. Most people do not know how to use a new site, and they certainly won’t see the potential that someone with more experience of using it can see.
These issues mean that team building becomes a very frustrating and difficult task.
To make team building much easier and more effective therefore you need to learn how to take people away from the traffic site enviroment BEFORE you share your opportunity with them.
In this challenge I provide a Leadsleap Capture Page and instructions on how to use it, I provide information about using traffic sites, and I provide emails that you can copy and paste to send to your subscribers. This is as close to a completely done for you system that I can get. You just need to work on traffic generation for this system to work for you.
I also provide a Facebook Group where you can ask for one to one guidance and support to get your system set up and running.
When you take the time to learn about email marketing, and follow this system you will be able to build ANY business that you wish to work on.
ALL members of One Team, One Goal are encouraged to use our Facebook group to help them to get personal referrals. To do this effectively you should do the following:
First of all make sure that you are generating traffic to the team page on a daily basis. If you are not doing this then you are not helping to bring in new group members, and getting referrals from the group gets harder and harder for everyone.
Participate in the group posts by liking and commenting on them. There are multiple posts shared that are designed to help our members to get referrals. We also do various random draws for referrals in the group as well. The more active you are in the group the more other members will get to know your name. You will also get notifications when other people leave a comment on the same post. This allows you to see if someone is asking for a link to join a site, or asking for information etc.
Watch out for comments from people asking for help to get started, or asking questions about the group, the team builds, etc. Reply to these comments to offer help, guidance, and answers to questions. The more helpful you are the more people will be willing to join a site using your referral links. Do not just add a link and hope that someone will use it.
Follow up with people you have replied to and check on progress. Ask how they are getting on so far, share your own tips for using the sites, and provide encouragement. Let others know that you are making progress and how.
Add HELPFUL posts to the group directly. Point out extra ways to use the sites in our plan for earning, or ask if anyone needs help with getting started. DO NOT just add a referral link and DO NOT share information about sites that are not in our plan. Everyone needs to use the same sites to maximise income levels and sharing other sites dilutes this. Anyone sharing sites not in our plan either in the group or via PM etc will be removed and blocked from the group.
Aim to connect with at least 5 people from the group to provide guidance and encouragement. These people will most likely become your referrals on the sites as you progress and continue to guide them forward. Providing guidance to others is the most effective way to build your team on EACH program that we use.
If you work on using the group as outlined above, and do so consistently, you will get as many referrals as you could ever need to build high level income. You DO NOT need to promote each site we use on traffic sites etc to get referrals. Using the group to provide support and guidance is MUCH MORE EFFECTIVE than using any traffic site will ever be. The more you do it, the more confident you will get as well. Aim for QUALITY over QUANTITY. You do not need to try and answer every comment…..
The first thing you need to learn to do with regard to team building online is how to use a traffic site. There are many different traffic sites available, and each one usually has different features. To start learning about traffic sites I suggest all of our team members begin with using Hungry For Hits. This is a very busy traffic exchange site with over 30,000 members. You will also make some money just for using it as a free member.
When you have done that, click the Add Website button under the form:
The page will open with a blue frame around it and one of the team pages will show in the box. There are 4 different pages included in the team page link so the image might vary from the one shown below:
When you see the green lights confirming the page shows correctly, you then need to click on ACTIVATE YOUR WEBSITE button.
The team page link will then be added to the site and is ready to start getting viewed by the other site members.
The next thing you will need to do for the page to be seen is to earn and allocate ad credits.
As a new member you will get 1000 free ad credits, but you will need to do some surfing first.
To do this click on the SURF button as shown below:
A new page will open and you will probably be told that you need to allocate a % of your add credits to your ad. The % varies for different membership levels and I think it is 80% for free members.
Simply update the form with the % you are told to allocate, and save the setting. You can now click again on the surf button and you will be taken to the surfing page:
For each ad you view on Hungry for Hits, you will earn some ad credits. You will also be able to earn cash while you surf, by playing the games.
To move the surf window on to the next ad, you need to click on the matching image at the top of the page. In the example above I would have to click on the image to the end right, as that matches the first one.
There are many games on Hungry for Hits, and you will see these when you surf. One of the games is called VTG (Viral Traffic Games) and it shows up as a shield beside the images:
Click on the shield to play the game and a new page will open. At first there is a timer at the top of the page, then you will see the Open VTG pize page link:
Click that link and you will see the game page:
You just need to move the character by clicking in one of the highlighted boxes to win the prize. You can win free advertising on this game or a cash prize. On this occassion I won some free banner ads:
As I said there are many different games on Hungry for Hits and you simply need to keep an eye out for them while you are surfing. Many of the games pay small cash prizes. A sample of the cash prizes are shown below:
I have personally earned and been paid over $150 on Hungry for Hits from playing the games on this site:
In another blog post I will provide you with guidance on how to use this free cash to create a very nice additional income stream.
For now I recommend you surf on Hungry for Hits on a daily basis if you can. The more you surf the more ad credits and cash you will get. By promoting the team page you will be helping us to keep increasing the number of team members we have getting involved in One Team, One Goal. This leads to long term success for everyone. It also keeps adding people into our Facebook group, which you can use to get personal referrals.
Mailer sites are a great way to get subscribers quite quickly. I tend to use them at the beginning of a new ad campaign, but I now prefer the automated system that traffic exchanges provide for long term list building.
Using both together will get you a much wider range of referrals.
The main thing you need to know about mailers is, as the name suggests, you will be sending emails. You should understand this is not the same as sending emails to your own list. These emails will be going to people who likely don’t know who you are – this is called COLD TRAFFIC. This means sending a completely different kind of email……
I will be providing multiple emails that you can send on mailers, BUT I recommend you edit these to make them different to everyone elses emails.
Emails that you send on traffic mailers should be SHORT, CLEAR and include a CALL TO ACTION (such as click here for info). Most of the emails sent via mailers are NEVER ACTUALLY READ so don’t waste time writing long emails for them. You should also change your email frequently. I rarely send the same email twice….

When you have your Leadsleap system all set up, the only thing you have to do next is to generate traffic to the Lead Capture Page.
The first traffic site I always recommend and use for any new campaigns myself is Hungry for Hits.

You can stick with just using Hungry for Hits, or you can add your page to more and more traffic sites. Doing this will get you more subscribers and more referrals much faster than only using a single traffic site.
My advice is to work on a few traffic sites at one time, and aim to earn the upgrade from surfing (or of course use your own funds if you prefer). Upgrade on 1 site, let that take care of your traffic on autopilot, then add another site to your routine. Keep following that routine and you will soon have a huge amount of traffic.

Before you start promoting your lead capture page, you need to add a welcome email to the system. This will be sent out automatically when you get a new subscriber adding their details into the lead capture page.
To add the welcome email click on LIST MANAGER and then click on the single envelope icon and the welcome email editor will appear.

Save the email and you are ready to start promoting your lead capture page.
Remember that Team Build Machine is the FIRST site that you want your referrals to join. Those referrals will then follow you forward into the paid programs.
When you have saved the welcome email, you should check the system is set up correctly. To do this copy the link of the lead capture page, enter it in a new window, and add your own details into the form.
You should get a notification to check your email to verify your email address.
Complete the verification and a copy of the welcome email will arrive in your inbox. If this does not happen go back over the set up guide and check your steps.
When you know everything is working, the next step is to:
You should ADD this page to your promoting routine and keep sharing the One Team Page as well.
You will be importing this page into your account on Leadsleap.
To do this click on PAGE MANAGER then ADD PAGE. You will be asked to give the page a name:
I suggest you use “100 Referrals Challenge” as the name for this page. When you click Add the page will be added to your list:
Next click on the Add a new page design to start button, and you will see the 2 options below:
In the import share code box enter this code: page-afkMVGGZZZZ click on Import Now.
You will now have a copy of my Lead Capture Page inside your Leadsleap account and it will look something like this (the link will be different):
You are going to see an error message that says list does not exist. We will fix that next…. That is the first part of the set up done, easy right?
Now you need to create an email list in Leadsleap. This is very easy too.
Click on LIST MANAGER, then Add New List. Call it 100 Paid Referrals and then click add now. Boom, you now have an email list!
When you add the list you will see a red notification like this:
Click on the little cog icon and a form will pop up for you to complete. You need to add your own details and email address to this form. Click the button to send a code to your email address after adding your address, go copy the code and enter it in the code box.
Fill in the rest of the details, and make sure you click the little box to agree the terms, then click activate now button:
Your email list will now be active and ready to connect to the page you imported.
To connect the 2 together, you need to open the page manager again and click on LAUNCH EDITOR.
In the editor window, click on LIST then GET LIST ID
Choose your new list from the drop down menu and the ID will appear in the box.
Click on the green save button in the top right corner, and your page and list will now be connected.
