If you want to achieve success in team building, it is very important that you consider these principles.
- When you share the direct link to the program you want to promote, the results will not be very effective unless it is a related site.
- Visitors to your site need to understand WHY the site you are promoting is worth joining.
- It is important that you provide clear information on HOW the site can be used.
- The most important part of team building is showing others WHAT they need to do to succeed.
The main methods used by successful team builders ALWAYS include repeated exposure to DIFFERENT information about the site or program.
For example, email marketing, social media marketing and blogging all use a form of “drip feed marketing”.
What is Drip Feed Marketing?
Drip feed marketing is when a small amount of information is shared over an extended time frame. You might get a daily email for a week for example, with a little bit of information in each email.
This allows marketers to stay in constant contact with their potential customers, allows them to build up a relationship and provides the method for giving guidance.
Social media is another form of drip feed marketing that works well to gain followers who are interested in what you have to say. It is used to share little snippits of information to build curiosity.
Remember that drip feed marketing is NOT about sharing the same thing over and over again. It is about changing the information each day to help build a much fuller picture of the site or program. Sharing the same thing over and over again is called SPAMMING.
How To Use Drip Feed Marketing Effectively
To use drip feed marketing effectively you need to spend a little time gathering and creating information about the site you wish to promote. Then divide that information into smaller parts.
